PH CARE SCRATCH TO WIN PROMO MECHANICS
PH CARE SCRATCH TO WIN (“Promo”) is organized by pH Care under UL Skin Sciences, Inc (“Organizer”). By participating in this Promo, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. The decisions of the Organizer for all matters relating to the Promo shall be final and binding in all respects.
- PROMO PERIOD:
The Promo begins on JUNE 1, 2023 at 12:00 A.M. and ends on MARCH 31, 2024 at 11:59 P.M. The Organizer’s computer will be the official clock of the Promo (“Promo Period”).
- WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN:
- This Promo is offered only to legal residents of the Philippines.
- This Promo is offered only to who directly purchased the pH Care promo bundle in any participating store nationwide and has proof of receipt.
- The Promo is NOT open to: Employees of Organizers, their promo printers and bundlers, pH Care Partners and Distributors, Ace Saatchi and Saatchi, Get Hooked Agency, Omnicon Group Philippines, and their respective subsidiaries and suppliers including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
- All unregistered winning codes after March 31, 2024 will be forfeited
- HOW TO JOIN:
- Purchase any pH Care 250 mL Scratch to Win promo bundle in any participating store.
- Open pH Care 250 mL bottle and look for gray circle on the flap. Scratch gray section until you are able to see the unique code.
- Scan the QR code and land in the Scratch to Win website. Promo Mechanics and Terms and Conditions will also be found in the website.
- Input unique code in the website and wait for prompt if you won a prize.
- If the code is verified as winner, winner must input the following details:
- Full name
- Email Address
- Contact mobile number
- Delivery address
- Promo Ref No. (unique code)
- Photo of any valid ID Photo of box with scratch card
- Location on where you bought the product
- Wait for pH Care team to email you to confirm that they have received your details.
- SELECTION OF WINNERS:
- The Organizer will provide the following prizes:
- Full 20 winners of Apple iPad (9th Gen) Wi-Fi 64GB - Space Grey
- 1,000 winners of limited-edition tumbler
- 500 winners of 1 year supply of pH Care products
- pH Care team will get in touch with winner via email and attempt to verify winner 3 times. One email will be sent every week. If the team did not confirm details after 3rd attempt, prize will be forfeited.
- All prizes will be shipped to winners’ given address until July 31, 2024.
- All unregistered winning codes after March 31, 2024, will be forfeited.
